PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) generally prohibits any financial institution, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a non-affiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as the type of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. The information we collect is used to make coverage, service, benefit and other insurance related decisions. This information is sometimes shared, as permitted by law, with our insurance affiliates and nonaffiliated third parties to carry out daily business functions; review, process of service your products or services; or in connection with product offerings. Examples of nonaffiliated third parties are insurance companies, claim service administrators, mortgage companies, etc.

THE SECURITY WE PROVIDE

We take our customer's privacy seriously. Cooke Insurance Center Inc. restricts access to the information above to those employees who need to know the information in order to provide products or services to you or your employees.

This privacy policy notice is not in lieu of any other privacy notice issued by any other affiliate of Cooke Insurance Center Inc. This privacy policy continues to apply even when your relationship with Cooke Insurance Center Inc. has terminated.
